When Conventional Wax-Pattern Production Becomes Difficult to Scale

Large and intricate castings can make conventional synthetic-wax pattern routes costly, cumbersome, or operationally complex. Pattern distortions during handling, high wax shrinkage variations, and astronomical multi-segment die tooling costs often restrict investment casting to smaller geometries.

ZHENGTEK™ combines expendable polymer foam pattern technology with engineered negative-pressure process control to provide a robust and practical manufacturing route for suitable demanding applications.

The system seamlessly integrates precision pattern production, refractory coating control, specialized vacuum differential moulding, and metallurgical pouring around the component geometry and production volume objectives.

Segmented EPS/STMMA pattern molding with internal geometry optimization and shrinkage compensation.

Assembly, Coating & Drying

Automated cluster assembly, high-permeability refractory ceramic coating, and dehumidified heat pump curing.

Vacuum Moulding & Pouring

3D multidirectional sand compaction, continuous vacuum differential negative pressure, and controlled laminar filling.

Cooling, Recovery & Review

In-mould controlled cooling, binderless sand shakeout, non-destructive metallurgical inspection, and 95%+ sand reclamation.
