Zhengtai Castech is a total solution provider for specialty castings, with a particular focus on Lost Foam Casting (LFC), precision casting, and centrifugal casting.
Our services include turnkey project support, casting process suitability evaluations, and feasibility studies comparing LFC with conventional no-bake sand casting and more complex or costly lost-wax processes. We also provide solutions for complex alloy tubes and pipes using reliable and proven centrifugal casting methods.
Our technologies are designed to reduce resin-coated sand consumption and overall operating costs, particularly for thin-walled and complex castings, through vacuum-assisted and multidirectional vibration compaction systems suitable for semi-automatic and fully automatic production lines.
